Confidentiality

Of course, all your documents and data will be treated with the utmost discretion and will not be disclosed in any form. After completion of the order I keep your documents for 4 more weeks, should there be any questions. After that they will be deleted permanently.

Extent and type of corrections

You can contact me using the "Contact me here" button to send me a message and/or upload your file or

you can use my email isabella.tinkel@epic-training.at to send me a message and/or your file.

Please always provide documents in Word format, as corrections will be indicated using the comment function.

Corrections will NOT be incorporated directly into the text. This is left up to you so that active learning takes place and you can develop your English right away.

Only stylistic aspects that do NOT significantly change your personal style are pointed out/edited. This includes citation conventions, general formality criteria, layout, etc. This is done because papers written as part of a degree program are graded documents and should reflect your own performance.

The correctness of the content of papers CANNOT be assessed.

Deadlines - articles and similar texts

In order to arrange timely processing, documents must reach me in time.

Generally, the completion times are 10 days / approx. 7000 words 

I recommend that you allow additional time to incorporate my corrections into your work.

Please always indicate your desired deadline when making an inquiry so I can check whether I can really meet it. 

Deadline - PhD Theses

Reading a complete PhD thesis takes more time. Therefore, please allow about 4-5 weeks for a thesis with approx. 70,000 words.

Passing on orders in case of bottlenecks

If I myself am not able to take over your order, I reserve the right to refuse it in its entirety or, after consultation with you, to pass it on to a colleague Mag. Michaela Fellinger (www.michaelafellinger.at).

Coaching

Personal online coaching ideally takes place shortly after you receive your corrected document from me. I will be happy to make some suggestions when I send you the document, or you can let me know when would be a good time for you right when you send me the original document.

Payment

Invoicing is done together with the transmission of the edited document.

Coaching units are invoiced at the end of each month.

Payment terms are generally 7 days from receipt of invoice.
